- Born in China and spent my childhood in Hong Kong
- Immigrated to Canada in 1970.
Education
- Attended High School of Montreal and Dawson College in Montreal
- Undergraduate studies (B.Sc.) and Dentistry (D.D.S) at McGill University
- Moved to Ottawa and practiced at the Rideau Dental Centre since 1984
